Where can I buy Cut Da Carb products?

Cut Da Carb products are available online only through our two official stores:

Is shipping free?
Yes. Standard USPS shipping is included with all physical product orders. There is no additional standard shipping charge at checkout.
Where do you ship?
We ship to the contiguous 48 United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations.
How long do processing and delivery take?
Our physical bread products are baked fresh to order and typically require 1–3 business days to prepare before shipment. Once shipped through USPS, estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days. Most orders should arrive approximately 4–8 business days after the order is placed, excluding weekends and holidays. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Weather, holidays, carrier disruptions, and other circumstances outside our control may cause delays.
What should I do when my order arrives?
Refrigerate Cut Da Carb flatbreads and pita breads immediately upon arrival and keep their packages tightly sealed. Cut Da Carb Breadcrumbs do not require refrigeration; store them in a cool, dry place and keep the bag tightly sealed. Always follow the storage instructions and expiration date printed on each package.
What is the Sample Box price?
The Cut Da Carb Sample Box is $29.97, with standard shipping included. Prices are subject to change, so please check either official store for the latest price.
Cut Da Carb Return Policy

All food products are non-returnable and non-refundable. Because our products are food items, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds.

If you contact us between 3 and 15 days after delivery, we may, under certain circumstances, offer a replacement with your next order.

Cut Da Carb flatbreads and pita breads are perishable and must be refrigerated immediately upon arrival, kept tightly sealed, and handled properly. We cannot take responsibility for spoilage reported during the final 7 days before the printed expiration date because we cannot verify how the product was stored, sealed, or handled after delivery, including whether clean hands and utensils were used.

Replacements cannot be provided when:

  • An incorrect or incomplete shipping address was submitted.
  • The carrier could not access the delivery location.
  • Delivery was refused.
  • The package was sent to a location that caused a delivery delay, including a P.O. box.
  • A package marked delivered was lost, stolen, damaged by weather, or disturbed by animals after delivery.

Please contact us immediately if there is a problem with a perishable order. We review the carrier’s tracking information when evaluating delivery-related requests.

USPS Shipping Claims

All our packages ship via USPS Ground Advantage, which includes up to $100 in insurance. If your insured package is lost in transit, arrives damaged, or has missing contents, you may file a claim directly with USPS. Coverage and claim approval are subject to USPS terms, exclusions, and filing deadlines.

How large is the flatbread?
Each flatbread is approximately 12 by 9 inches. That’s about the size of two regular tortillas.

Are the flatbreads fully cooked?
Yes, they are fully cooked and ready to eat right out of the package.
How do you package the flatbreads?

Each 12-pack is baked fresh and sealed in a resealable bag.

Since the flatbread is thin to keep carbs low, it will dry out quickly if not properly sealed.

Always keep it sealed in its bag until you’re ready to use it.

We do not offer refunds for dried-out product, since we cannot control how it was stored after delivery.

Should the flatbreads be refrigerated?
Yes. Refrigerate the flatbreads immediately upon arrival. Keep them sealed in the original bag and stored flat, with nothing heavy on top.
Can I freeze them?

Yes, they freeze beautifully.

  • Freeze them on a flat surface right away
  • They can stay frozen for up to 6 months, but we recommend using them within that window
  • Let the pack thaw completely before opening
  • Do not refreeze once thawed

How long do the flatbreads last?

Cut Da Carb flatbreads are minimally processed and made with minimal preservatives.

Refrigeration is required immediately upon arrival. Check the expiration date printed on your package. When kept sealed and properly refrigerated, they are intended to be used within 30 days of arrival.

They may also be frozen flat and unopened for up to 6 months. Thaw completely before opening and do not refreeze.

What pita bread sizes are available?

Cut Da Carb pita breads come in two thin, versatile sizes:

  • Original & Thin: 7 inches in diameter
  • Jumbo & Thin: 10 inches in diameter

Each inner package contains 6 pitas. Both sizes are available online in 12- and 24-pita options.

Are the pita breads fully cooked?
Yes. Cut Da Carb pita breads are fully cooked and ready to enjoy. Use them for sandwiches, wraps, pizzas, dipping, and more.
How should pita breads be stored?
Refrigerate Cut Da Carb pita breads immediately upon arrival and keep the package tightly sealed. If you will not finish them within 20–30 days, freeze them immediately. Thaw only what you need in the refrigerator, then take the pitas out just before you are ready to use them. Do not leave them sitting out, because they can dry out like any other bread. Microwave for about 10 seconds before using to make them soft.
How long do pita breads last?
When kept tightly sealed and refrigerated, Cut Da Carb pita breads typically last 20–30 days. Always check the expiration date printed on your package. If you will not use them within that period, freeze them immediately.
