Refund policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with our Flatbreads, we offer a full refund, if requested within 3 days of delivery.
If you contact us 3-15 days after your package had been delivered, we can only offer replacement on your next order.
Please contact us for a return request, and we will provide you all the information you need to return the package to us.
Buyer pays for return shipping.
Once the product arrives at our location, we will issue the refund the same day.
WE DO NOT offer a refund if the product had gone bad due to lack of refrigeration.
We have done multiple lab tests and the Flatbread wouldn't mold or go bad before the expiration date, unless the bags were not properly sealed and/or they were not refrigerated at all times.
Think about it, you wouldn't leave your fresh and natural groceries without refrigeration for a month, and then go back to grocery store and ask for a refund!..Would you?
Refunds and replacements are refused if you have provided us with a shipping address with errors, carrier unable to access delivery location, refused to receive delivery from our carrier or if you have the package shipped out to any location that causes delays in receiving, such as P. O. Boxes.
Given the fact that this is a perishable item, we require immediate contact regarding any issue with your order.
To be fair to both us and our beloved customers, we rely on tracking information from our carrier to make this decision, as the same information is provided to both parties.
Delays in delivery can cause the product to go bad and unfortunately, we can not control the delivery, but we make sure that we ship fast and fresh!
We are not responsible for Delivered Packages that are destroyed by the elements or animals and no refunds or replacements will be issued.
We don't take responsibility for packages that are not delivered by the USPS for any reason , as well as lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by USPS. Buyer may file a claim with USPS.
